When selecting registration, you will be able to set up a new account with our conference partner or log in to your account once set up. From there, you will be able to manage both your abstract submissions and registration.

Our new four-tier pricing structure is designed to support early planning and make Congress as accessible as possible. Adjusted rates are also available for consultants across different countries*, trainees, midwives/nurses, allied healthcare professionals (AHP), medical students, charities and industry, as well as special rates for Malaysian attendees.

Information on registration categories:
- Consultant UK: Specialist GP, SAS/LE doctor
- Consultant (Band A): Consultant practicing in a Band A country listed here
- Trainee: Specialist trainee, house officer, medical officer, foundation year doctor, PhD student, clinical fellow
- Low-resource country (Band B): Anyone practising in a Band B country listed here is eligible for the Band B low-resource country delegate rate. You are not eligible if you are originally from one of these countries but now practising elsewhere. In this case, you must select the economic country band applicable to where you are currently practising
- Low-resource country (Band C): Anyone practising in a Band C country listed here is eligible for the Band C low-resource country delegate rate. You are not eligible if you are originally from one of these countries but now practising elsewhere. In this case, you must select the economic country band applicable to where you are currently practising
- Midwife and nurse: Healthcare professionals who provide essential clinical care, patient support, health education, and advocacy across all stages of women's health and maternity services
- AHP: Healthcare specialists—including physiotherapists, dietitians, occupational therapists, radiographers/sonographers, clinical psychologists, genetic counsellors, pharmacists, speech and language therapists, and other specialist practitioners—who work alongside doctors and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care and improve health outcomes
- Medical student: A university student enrolled in a medical school, training to become a qualified medical doctor
- Charity: For individuals working in non-profit organisations focused to women’s health
- Press: To register as a media representative, please email pressoffice@rcog.org.uk and submit your official press card for accreditation approval. There is no registration fee for accredited media representatives
