FAQs
Retirement has always been an important part of the RCOG community, and your lifelong contribution is deeply valued. For many years, the RCOG has been an outlier among medical Royal Colleges in not charging a subscription to retired members, despite continuing to provide services, resources and support. Working with input from the College Retired Fellows and Members Committee and approval from the College Council, the optional paid subscription model compares with the offer to retired members of other UK medical Royal Colleges.
- Fairness in how shared resources are supported
- Sustainability of the College’s mission
- Choice in how retired members stay connected
- Continuity of your lifelong relationship with the College
